This information concerns users with admin permissions!

Please note that the extension management is currently partially performed via the Admin portal.

Creating a user in the Admin portal

Create an extension for the new user via the Admin portal.

As soon as you have created the user in the Admin portal and have an extension number for this user, you can create the user in the User Management Application. The extension number from the Admin portal needs to be connected to the user in the User Management Application.
