Managing authentication factors
Under the Authentication factors tab, you can:
see a list of your current authentication factors
add new authentication factors
remove authentication factors

Important
Before adding a new multi-factor authentication device, make sure you have an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or FreeOTP) installed on your mobile device.
Adding a new authentication factor
To add a new authentication factor:
Click the + symbol.
⇒ The login page will open. You will be asked to enter your password again.Re-enter your password.
Click Sign in.
⇒ The mobile authenticator setup will open.Open your authenticator app.
Use the app to scan the QR code on your screen.
Alternatively, if you cannot scan the QR code, click "Unable to scan? Show number code" to receive a number code.
⇒ Your authenticator app wil show a one-time code.Enter the one-time code and device name into the Mobile Authentication Setup dialogue.
Please note that the one-time code is only valid for one minute. If you do not enter it fast enough, you will have to request a new code.Click Submit.

Removing an authentication factor
To remove an authentication factor:
Click on the trash can icon to the right of the authentication factor you would like to remove.
What to do if you have set up an authentication app, yet have no access to it and cannot log in
If you cannot use your authentication device or the app, you will have to create a new password and set up a new authentication factor. To do so:
Go to the login page.
Click Forgot password.
Follow the instructions to create a new password and set up a new authentication factor. For more information on how to change your password, see Forgot password.
